Fees

Fees are kept in line with government funding, and sessions are charged at an hourly rate.

Please ask a member of staff for details.

Lunchtime and yoga and music sessions are charged at extra cost and will be listed separately
on your invoice. The lunchtime sessions are not covered by any funding - therefore if you have a funded
child you will be invoiced termly for the lunchtimes only. If you take your child out of these sessions after
you have paid for them (e.g. to go on holiday), unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

There is a concessionary discount of 10% for the second child attending at the same time. If the elder child becomes eligible for funding then the second child reverts to paying full fees. As you pay for the place rather than the session we cannot give refunds if your child is absent for any reason. If however, your child is sick for more than two weeks, fees for the following weeks until your child returns will be halved.

Funding for three years old and over is now available from the government. Forms will be given to you at the appropriate time to claim the funding for your child.

You will receive a bill at the beginning of each half term. Payment terms are strictly within 7 days. Each child’s attendance at the group is conditional upon continued payment of due fees.

Fees can be handed into a member of staff but if you have any queries concerning your bill please discuss this with the chairperson or treasurer.

Pre-School is non-profit making and is run as a charity. Fees cover the essentials of running the pre-school. Costs for new equipment have to be met largely by fund-raising.
